{How to order}

{Production time}

In-Stock items are available for immediate purchase. Local deliveries within Hong Kong can be made within 48 hours. Other items are made to order. Usually the item is available within 1-3 working days. If we ran out of materials and need to order them in, it might take an additional 5-7  working days. Subject to availability, items will be ready for shipment from 1-10 working days. For urgent orders, please contact us to ensure a particular dispatch time can be met. 

{Custom made items}

We accept orders for custom made items.  Specific colors and materials are subject to availability. Please contact us with the details and we are happy to work something unique with you. 


Preserved flowers are soft delicate real flowers. Therefore please avoid touching them. They do not need to be watered. Please keep them indoors. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and wind. With proper care, some preserved flowers can last up to 12 months, even forever!

{Delivery Cost}

For orders above HKD600, we provide free deliveries within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and city areas of Kwai Ching, Kwai Chung, Kwai Fong, Tai Wo Hau, Tsuen Wan, Tai Wai, Shatin, Fo Tan, Ma On Shan, University, Tai Po, Tai Wo, Tseun Kwan O, Sai Gung. Areas not mentioned above is subject to a delivery charge which is quoted to customers upon purchase. 

{For Overseas order's Shipping Policy}

Goods are normally sent by e-express service or registered mail. A tracking number will be provided upon the sending of goods. If you need urgent deliveries, I can arrange Speedpost, FEDEX, UPS, DHL etc. service at extra costs. Please contact us for prices and delivery times if you need a specific delivery service.


Please note that we cannot guarantee the shipping time. We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays such as custom clearance, strike or or bad weather conditions. Some countries do not allow the importing of preserved flowers. Although I will always declare my products as gifts or artificial flowers, I will not be held responsible if the goods are detained in customs or returned to us because of a violation to importing regulations. Therefore no refund will be provided under these circumstances. 


{Return policy}

All items sold are not refundable nor exchangeable. 


Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. In case the goods were not delivered due to a wrong or incomplete address, a second mailing service can be provided upon paying for postage again. 


If an item was damaged during transportation, please take photos for proof and contact us immediately. A claim of such can be made within three days after receiving the goods. After reviewing the photos, we will resolve the issue with you. If an glass item was broken during transportation, I will send you a replacement within 1-10 working days. 


Please note that preserved flowers are real flowers and that all floral arrangements are hand-made. Therefore not every flower or item is identical. In some circumstances, some small flower clusters or dried moss will become loosen and dispatched itself from the arrangement during transportation. This is perfectly normal and therefore a claim will not be considered for such case.
